Hello,
Your ticket has been escalated to me for review.
It appears your account's security may have been compromised. To help prevent unauthorized access to the account, I recommend that you enable the Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator.
I've reset the account password and sent the new login information to the email address you've contacted us from. If the email is not received, please check the spam or trash folder.
Security resets like this include a 15 day restriction on the Steam Trading and Community Marketplace features. The Steam Store for purchasing games is not affected.
Regarding the fraudulent transactions... After reviewing your account, it looks as though we have provided refund exceptions in the past for instances such as these. Refund exceptions for hijacked gits are rare occurrences, and we do not offer these multiple times. The use of a Steam account is ultimately the responsibility of the account owner and these purchases do not qualify for a refund.
I recommend you review our thoroughly Security Recommendations and implement as much as possible to keep your account secure going forward.
